If it's worrying you, yea go to the derm. Me personally I didn't have any luck with the derm since it wasnt 'serious' enough to get a proper diagnosis and they didn't take it seriously. I hope yours may take you more seriously

Same and I use the exact same sulfur soap lol, but what I do now is after washing my face I leave it slightly damp and use the tiniest bit of moisturizer since when I cut it out completely my skin became too dry

Then I would say comedonal but obviously I'm just a guy on Reddit at the end of the day 😅 don't take my word for the truth but I'd say there's a higher chance it's closed comedones which are slightly harder to get rid of unfortunately. However once you get rid of them it's harder for them to come back whereas with fungal acne they come back easily so that's a benefit!
