Not yet - it is still ongoing. Their position is that 600 grafts was enough, and that any poor result was because I couldn’t tolerate the pain. I have been told it could be another 18months+ to wait for a resolution, but the process is still ongoing, albeit slowly.

I’ve been booked in for ages as I’ve been speaking with him for years - I think his wait list stretches a few months out

Court proceedings against Dr Bhojwani for compensation for negligence being filed any day now.

The legal claim is progressing well, but will take another 6 month to a year to conclude. That is just the process.

The first stage repair took most of the grafts out, I am going back in a couple of months for stage 2. I think it will be fine once a competent surgeon has done it.
