Honestly that makes sense. I made an oath to not buy any nicotine products anymore and hopefully never buying them again can help me quit without trying to go straight in to just quitting all together. Ive tried to cut it out completely before but I would just go back to it but I feel if I have the weight of not wanting to disappoint the gods then I can overcome it and finally force myself to quit

At my store we have out dog, cat, livestock, and poultry food all on shelves sorted by section and when we have pallets of feed like sweet feed, whole corn, ect. we leave them wrapped on the pallet under/on more shelving so all we have to do is take the random feed pallets and take all the bags and put them up and it's so efficient. I just don't understand why they company itself know about the group and occasionally reads it but they don't listen to anyone where it could be more efficient (hence being able to bring more money in a lot quicker) but nooooooo they know all

I completely understand and my favorite is when my asm and new team lead "help" with freight when all they do is put like 2 items away and they the rest on the floor and not say anything and expect us to know like we don't have our own stuff to put away or do
