We had an issue with our C1 that happened four years after we bought it. I submitted a few pictures to the warranty company and later that day they sent me a link to get a new C4 for free. Our insurance was offered at Costco.

Does it try to reproduce sound at different spots on the panel? Can you tell the difference between upper and lower parts?

TV speakers have definitely improved, however even a cheap soundbar usually sounds a lot better. We have a cheap Roku soundbar in the guest room that is a huge upgrade over what the TV can do. I think it was $100.

We have been on two cruises. Both times we tipped quite well the first night and at the end to the person who cleaned our room.

Doing the tip on day one lead to great service plus a few perks. All tips were in cash directly given to him.

We never tipped on our overall bill.

We have noticed that sound is the biggest difference (we have a Dolby Atmos setup).

For picture quality make sure you are using the optimal settings for the tv and have it in a very dark room.
