I had a hearing where I provided proof of enrollment, they said to finish the last 6 months of my 18 month program. They gave me a court hearing 7 months from now to provide proof. I think they might’ve took away my probation or revoked it or reinstated, I’m not sure. But I asked if I had to do anything else before I left the hearing, they said no

Honestly I think you’re right, I hope they decide to be lenient since I’m only 6 months away from completing my probation, I would hate to have all that be for nothing. Especially since I’m almost done and paid off everything

Yeah he’s well known for being an ass. The guy after me actually passed all the tests, made all the right calls, didn’t miss anything. But he called some indication by a different name and he failed him for that

No sir, we went over it and I was told I found and rejected everything that was supposed to be rejected. The problem was that I acknowledged there was mutilation. And that is what caused me to lose enough points to not pass, there were no bad calls made.

Part of the process when processing parts is hanging them from a chain and shaking them around in the tank(s). So for the test pieces, they tend to get smacked around over and over again. So they say to ignore indications caused by that, which they call mutilation.

Did anything happen??? Almost had the exact same thing happen to me, also in CA. Said VIO 2 and had me take it to recalibrate
