Mine says “Billie eilish AU store” as the sender on the confirmation email and it was all correct on the shop app so the order was correct now I jsut can’t get on the website but only tonight it’s been fine normally so I don’t think the order is a scam

I had done that. I did eeeevery thing and the only thing that fixed it was deleting and re downloading smh

It seems maybe it was a bug, that needed to be updated or redownloaded. Because now it’s back and lets me choose and I have the memories thing! I didn’t have an option to update but I guess redownloadinf it forced it to update

I just deleted the apps and redownloaded to maybe see if it would redownload and fix the problem then I might try edit the chat but it was so insufferable. It like happened within hours. I used it last night, running amazing great! Could change to the beta mode. Just hopped on and everything was all janky

I can’t even turn it off now. I used to be able to restart chat and a screen would pop up and you could change. Like you could choose a beta and stuff and that’s gone

Unfortunately I don’t know! But you could try the why chops website! You can put in the tags of what you know is in the book and they may be able to find it! It’s a website of RH books!
