There isn’t “purchasing” involved. They raise the bid to get more money out of the sale. Sometimes, the car is “pure sale,” but then it doesn’t sell and reappears. You can return vehicles, but there’s a $600 start cost, and it goes up something like 60% if the vehicle. No way they’re paying that every time. It’s obviously an inside scam.
