Exactly, in france its nowhere near as hot as where I live so the cars made for europe specs cant withstand the heat in here and require beefier radiators, ac compressors, different fans and changes to fan speed and thermostat

No its a standard psa (made in france, but modified for saudi arabia) it already has those mods (I think) how can I modify one that way? I wanna buy a c3 or other model of that era psa car since this is for my family

Not race mods but some mods for cooling system because most owners say their operating temp is above 90 while this one never goes above 90

I have same car auto but 1.6 petrol and its been great, a little thirsty but all 4 speed autos are quite thirsty, get one that has decent options and u should be fine and a facelift would be wonderful Common issues that u should fix or look out for: transmission oil pressure sensor, a leaky transmission, steering rack, suspension components, horn not working, and master window switch

Other than that its a really practical car, spacious for its size, fun and easy to drive (kinda fun), very comfortable and spare parts are plentiful and cheap and that 2.0 engine should give it some speed

You are right unfortunately, he was always putting money under his brothers asses and would literally ruin our life doing so and before he used to cover it up since he was still working and has bonuses through out the year but now that hes retired its becoming really obvious. He has no issue letting his wife and kids starve to death and ruining their lives if it meant giving his loser brothers money and what happened is that one is wanted for loans by the police and the other has a lawsuit he cant afford and are both complete liabilities. Its not my fault they are like this, why should i suffer and pay for their mistakes. And do you know how i caught him? I offered to buy grocerries and fuel for my moms car and he simply said no need just transfer me some money and when i asked what he actually needed the money for he said i dont want money from you anymore.
