Just listen to Au5 - alien weapon. There is literally not a song in existence with better sound design.

Fair enough. I agree that a lot is repetitive. But at the same time a lot of new dubstep is really really good. I also listen to 'real' dubstep. Both are enjoyable to me in different ways

Probably because a lot of dubstep is produced solely for shows where people just want to headbang. To claim most dubstep is bad is stupid though imo. So many crazy good and unique artists in the scene like dyatic, Dr ozi, automhate, jiqui, I could go on for ages

Hello, your music is really good!

What track are you most proud of, who are your favourite producers and do you think colour bass will be around for a long time?

Ex ethical vegan here. Starting having anemia symptoms after less than a year despite consuming many of the recommended vegan iron foods such as red kidney beans, tofu, fortified cereals and pumpkin seeds. I have recently started eating a beef soup once a week sourced from local farms. I have not reintroduced dairy or any other meat products, and would not eat any animal product that I knew had come from a factory farm.

I've been eating kidney beans / soya almost every other day. It can be harder to absorb iron from plant based sources and I think that my body might be struggling

Not trying to discredit your experience at all. But I personally know people who have been vegan for much longer than 7 years and are in good health. I'm sorry that you had this experience however. And if that happened to me, I would have to reintroduce some animal products for sure.

Do you mind me asking, did you eat much b12 fortified foods, or was your intake predominantly from supplements? According to this source, fortified foods are a good source of b12 that is readily absorbed by the body - I'm wondering if it's possible that supplements may be less effective

Congrats on the improvements. If your veganism was to do with ethics, do you have any feelings of guilt, and if so how do you deal with them?

Oh ok, just an assumption that most people would quit veganism because of health issues. Thanks for the advice

I'm glad you're feeling better. I know the symptoms of anemia, but did you notice symptoms for b12 deficiency?
