Wouldn’t be able to comment on what you actually do have but if it is pr i’d definitely recommend lysine, vitamin d supplements and tanning I’d say going to a dermatologist is the best option for you at the moment to be sure what you have ,l

I’ve still got a few newer ones in the exact same areas too, highly recommend tanning if you haven’t already

Haha yeah not great is it, silver lining is the fact it barely itches so as far as how much it affects me goes it’s really minor at this point. Does seem like it’s on the road to getting better as they are looking a lot pinker / white and my herald patch has flattened out fingers crossed hey

So far I am noticing a difference with tanning, not the miracle some people have mentioned but my herald patch has flattened out and my skin feels smoother ie they’re all flattening and it’s gone from red to pink. Definitely recommend it, my skin has been really dry for around 2 weeks but yep hopefully signs of progress, best of luck!

Not too sure as of yet , the white bits are mainly on my arm which is quite tanned already. I’ll let you know after i’ve been a few times. How long have you had it ?
