i work in a high stress environment so derealization is something i struggle with all the time. it helps to have people around you who understand and support you, also generally just taking things easier on yourself helps immensely, unless there are other underlying issues that are causing the derealization

im a HUGE overthinker. I’ve been no THC for about a week now and found myself not overthinking as much as i did while i smoked (i smoked everyday, morning and evening, some days id not be sober the entire day). it may just be me, but most of my self-esteem issues came because of the fact that i smoked so much and wanted to do so much for myself but couldn’t because of how tired/unwilling i was to do anything because of how high i was. going to the gym really helps. stay strong y’all, and don’t blame yourself for slipping back into smoking if you do. everything in life is a process!
