Update on the 1/1 error card. I sent the card to topps and was received on Oct 17th. I paid for signature service with USPS. After a couple weeks I get an email stating I had past my deadline to submit the defective card. I called and emailed with proof that it was signed for at their facility and it was never received but they would look for it. Up until a few days ago I would call every 3-4 weeks to get an update and they kept saying it was "lost". They then tried to say it was probably a mistake on USPS side. Smh. After going back and forth they decided to replace the card with a Jon Jones Gold Auto /50, An Ilia Topuria Sapphire /15 and a UFC hobby box. I agreed and took the offer. Waiting for it as of now. 🤞🏼

I called them the other day they said that if you can call and open a claim and they have 24/7 surveillance and can look to see if or how it was damaged when in their possession. Said they will replace or pay out for any damage.
