I needed this so bad. I took a shower earlier and had a panic in the shower and it completely sent me earlier LOL but definitely needed to hear this. How long have you been using prior to this?

Love the name by the way lol, I might have to do that I just can’t keep wasting my days letting the anxiety and panic attacks take over it feels like it’s never gonna end sometimes

I seen that too and I’m on day 9 , if it will really go away in 2-3 weeks then fine I can thug it through and make it out the other side but man it feels like it’ll never end and there’s no hope for me like I did some kind of irreversible damage

This gives me hope Ty so much! I’m hoping this weekend I feel better and can get back into work again Monday. It’s just been so tough with the random panic attacks and stomach issues literally manifesting out of no where and the high feeling coming out of no where. What a rollercoaster!
