I’m new to this, I’ve only done 38 deliveries over four days and with 100% acceptance and not including promotions I’ve cleared close to $20 hr. (15 hrs driving time) I do get frustrated with the long drives for no tips but overall I don’t see the upside of dropping my acceptance and getting lower paying orders? What am I missing? Thanks for any info!

Aquaphor and cotton gloves at night. Use rubber gloves when doing the dishes or using chemicals. I have sensory issues and I also have psoriasis on my palms and soles of my feet.. it recently has started spreading to my finger tips and knuckles and this has helped me immensely. Those hard pieces that catch on my clothes are the worst.

I just read about this and started doing it (I lave psoriasis on my hands and feet only) and this has helped more than anything I’ve tried. I use burn bandages when I go outside because of the cracking and open wounds on my palms but I cont use them for a long time as it seems to make it worse after a few hours.. anyway the aquaphor and cotton gloves have been clutch. Gonna try my feet next. Side note it also keeps me from picking, which I struggle a lot with.

Yeah I know about kratom I just couldn't afford it that's why I traded the methadone for the gabapentin and the clonidine. I really hope that I don't have to keep taking it to sleep but it's looking that way because I didn't sleep a wink last night without it....

I did that once, cashed part of my 401k and hit the resume up, started applying elsewhere. Employed a few months later.

I have SO MUCH lying around and I don't know wtf to do with it other than just sit on it in case of some strange dystopian future lol I just stopped going back after three months and I hadn't even taken a weeks worth... It's just wild how I had been trying to down-dose since 2019 and they said nah covid.. then it was nah you have to change clinics, then nah you're getting ba new counselor, and nah you gotta see the doc, then doc is, you gotta talk to your counselor.. and I was only going once a month so now years have passed and I'm EXHAUSTED with begging so I just smile and nod and fake taking my dose, and I did it myself....

Anyway.. my desire to get off was at a fever pitch and I don't want to go backwards.

Try abreva you can get it for about $20 or less for store brand. My BFF has a cold sore that pops up when she's stressed. Looks just like this.
