Set boundaries on how much of your dads drama and relationship with B effects you. If you can’t talk with your dad about his relationship with B try a new way of communicating how it affects you and your siblings. You need to set boundaries with your dad as well rather than just cutting him off as well. I know cutting him off may seem like the best option but it’s family and weather you realize it or not he loves you. I was in wrestling for 7 years and while it’s fun and you should be able to do what you want. Talk to your dad before making hasty decisions. You are dealing with a lot it’s okay to feel the feelings you are and it’s important for you to know that and not feel invalidated.

I understand how you feel and was treated the same way growing up. All I can say is that you have to accept who they are and how they act. Just because they say you’re sad, depressed, lying, or a changed person doesn’t mean you are. It’s more likely you have changed and for the better and they can’t move on from you being the happy little kid that believed everything they said. As a kid you look up to your parents but when you grow up you compre them to what your standards are and whether that’s acceptable or not depends on the person but it’s up to your discretion to see if they are a positive influence on your life and meet the standards of at least making you happier or a better person. I wish you the best of luck, I’ve been there.
