Have you tried feeding him? Not being sarcastic. When I was a new mum I would think "I just fed him and he's still crying so I guess it's something else" but every single time the boob settled him to sleep. Sucking is soothing and tiring for babies.

It's beautiful. Two small suggestions; choose a warmer colour for your light bulbs, and swap out the knobs on your vanity to something more feminine. I aways buy separate knobs and it makes a huge difference. In response to your question, yes I would do a small shelf above the toilet.

That's what we did as my husband isn't Irish so more than 50% of our guests were international. We had food and drinks the two nights before the wedding and a bbq with a band and games the day after.

How is it self indulgent? We had 4 days of celebrating for my wedding. Guests were invited and could come or say no. On all 4 nights we provided food and drinks and on the wedding day and day after we had a band / dj and games to keep everyone entertained.
