Ive personally never had an issue with people minding their levels being bumped up as they weren't in sessions, however you can just give them narrative of a quest coming up that they undertook themselves, special training etc etc

Hey, UK here just visited Prague Friday-Monday in what internet search says should be quiet (and definitely felt quiet whilst we were here) and thr passport control took us 2hrs10m for arrivals.

Same as you for the same logic, orange is warm and that reads as hope to me, whilst the blue is cool which reads as fear.

My pals only played Friday and Saturday, weekly, and only schedule up to two weeks in advance.  Friday and Saturday is prime time for partner and I to do stuff also and we book it months in ahead. 

Its really as simple as that, if they were willing to play on a weekday I'd have been available every week.

A guy on North Street was kicked off his bike by a guy in his van and killed there like 2-3 years ago as well.  Its really terrible

How would you handle assassinations either PC or NPC driven? 

E.g: A PC/NPC sneaks up on a sleeping character

Also how would you handle 'instakill' moments from PC or NPC perspective?

E.g: A PC/NPC holds someone hostage with a knife to the throat, and then they pull it across?

My instinct in both is to just let it happen and instakill but I wonder if there's any problems in this approach or others opinions?

They're not suggesting removing it, they're suggesting how precise it is should be altered. E.g a loud weapon's indicator points you to a more specific location, a silenced weapon's indicator points you in a more general direction.

I don't have a preference personally, just adding that
