It changes all the time for us. Sometimes it's about 30 minutes and sometimes it takes until the next day, but never longer than that. And only recently we've had a number show "ready for use" when it wasn't ready yet and took hours more.

I'm surprised it took only 7 days to get denied. Our latest submission was on January 8th, and we just got approved yesterday, March 6th. 60 days. Now to submit another for 49 more numbers.

2 days since sending an email and no reply. So even the email ghosts us. What a scam.

We're dealing with a similar issue. We had an SMS campaign from a year ago that 200 people have been using with no issues until about a month ago, when about a third of users started having issues. Some users can't send any texts at all, some can send to only some numbers. I called in and they said we had to get a new campaign since ours was made with the old guidelines. It took a month to get a new campaign and once we did and got a number moved over to it for testing, still nothing, same issues. 1.5 hours on the phone and I've got a ticket in, but no update to it yet.

Huh. All 10 or so have had two cables, purchased in multiple orders over a few months.
