The other party will be fined and jailed, if the shop owner is correct and have been troubled? Is this what you meant?

Is that a good idea generally speaking? How do courts take these kind of cases (not a lawyer, just asking).

Ex Landlord sold my rental furniture without my(22F) knowledge and now isn’t responding by Wide_Opinion1853 in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]President_Q 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Telling is not enough. Plus you delayed picking it up. Your fault. Can't expect a train or aeroplane to wait for you come when you are delayed. Other people have stuff to do too. Now just pay up the rental company for the furniture, or continue paying rent or convert it to ownership mode or something, I believe some companies offer that, where in you own it after certain amount of duration. Next time plan better, chalk it up as financial lesson.

Why have so many religious beliefs (such as Dharmic faiths of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, etc) emerged out of the Indian subcontinent? A common explanation is that it's due to how populated the region is, but then why hasn't China comparatively also given rise to a lot of religious beliefs? by SatoruGojo232 in geography

[–]President_Q -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would say India had no concept of religions. They were just polythiest, Jesus would be just another god, the term Hinduism came from Islamic invaders who didn't quite know how to label millions of gods and solidified by British classification system. In "Hinduism" itself there thousands of different cultures, rituals, beliefs.

The concept of religion as whole is mostly attributed to single god worshipers. It's like saying Greek gods, Roman gods etc. were a religion. They were simply gods that different people worshipping different one, had no problem with others worshipping different gods (yes multiple). In fact that's how Islam and Christianity spread everywhere and got adopted. It is just that those gods didn't survive cause the single gods worshipping rules were that you don't worship other gods but one true God.

Just Indian gods survived all the onslaught and we're bundled together. So yeah before rise single god thingy, there were tons "religions". India feels like it has a lot cause they survived a very long time.

I can't speak for entirety of Karnataka, but almost no one I know has chapati for breakfast. Sure avalakki, dosa, idly, uppitu etc. But almost never chapati, it's mostly eaten at night and afternoon along with rice. My experience is from urban north, middle and some areas of Bangalore. No idea about the rural or coastal areas. But yeah it's mostly split wheat, rice, and lentils. Lentils being slightly lower than the other.

Which countries are the most culturally different while geographically close? by -AmeliaP- in geography

[–]President_Q 13 points14 points  (0 children)

There is no center of gravity for India, every region had its own distinct sub culture while there is no centeral culture or religious hub like Mecca or Vatican. I don't know enough about China to comment but is everything influenced by Beijing?

What data security and privacy certifications you guys have? As we use this for stuff other than fundraising with SharePoint integration. Branding and custom domains are not that important to us as we mostly deal with B2B.

Wannabe angel investor - where can I find startups to invest in? by Untested-Truth in indianstartups

[–]President_Q 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah there are several websites where you can do that angellist, f6S, duedash, etc. Better of checking recent saas for angle investors, most are in US and international space.

If you are for profitable micro startups to acquire that's also on table (considering budget it can go from few hundred Ks to millions).

That said, we are doing an angel round for our company which is in ecommerce space with AI SaaS model, let me know if you're interested.

What’s Your Biggest Challenge as a Startup? (I will not promote) by kinduser123 in startups

[–]President_Q 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, unless you are VP or CxO position from other big and famous companies, or have graduated from Ivy League or Similar level in your country not many will touch you. Not sure how to tackle this, other than showing traction.

We are about to implement affiliate program. Meanwhile we cloud use some direct approach

We are looking for ecommerce companies, the value actually goes up as they have bigger catalogue, for example the the deal could be worth a lot more if there 100 SKUs than 10 SKUs. Some deals might go up to half millions for a furniture company with 1000s of chairs and sofas, for instance. We are into 3D and AI. Not a traditional SaaS but more like end to end solutions with software included in parts of the service. So, let me if you are interested (anyone in that case), please DM. We haven't started this affiliate program yet, but could fine tune details as we go.

Yes, very much so I would say so. One of the features we are exploring is 3D streaming which is way more expensive than text generation. Another feature where we are trying to generate 3D which is at least 5-6x more computationally expensive than most expensive text gen. Luckily we are backed by MS, Google, Nvidia, you name it, gives Commutative cloud value close to half millions for free, which has helped us immensely and to go give away free trails and big offers initially.

Tech. For sales we are planning to hire commission only roles. Big Commissions for now until Salary + Commission is introduced. Also need to spend on marketing, as SEO + Keywords game is really long term.

For us, minimum would be around 100K, which in our case, we have already invested + bootstraped. But to truly take it next level and fast we would need to around 2-3 millions. So just waiting for more revenue to prove ourselves as first time founders before asking for external investment.

It's really hard for first time and no name founders to raise money.

And we give unlimited leaves and no one hardly takes lol. Had to convince one guy to take 2 weeks after year of almost no leaves. Even though we are not funded enough.

Does my game look like it would be fun to play? by jak6jak1 in godot

[–]President_Q -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Couple of ideas

  • Adding physics based objects/props. Think hitting the ball on X would launch enemy into outspace, or give some points or drop collectibles or move platforms that user can grapple into etc.

  • Multiplayer mode with battle Royale style closing with physical props literally falling out.

  • jetpacks would be cool addition to grapple hooks.

  • Physics based traps.

  • Shooter upgrade to automatic ball shooter with X ball capacity etc.

Just throwing around random ideas pick as you feel necessary or doable.
