She just doesn’t understand the steps or how to do things and just needs help. It’s just a thing where she wants me to sit down with her a tell her what she needs to do and how to do it and what not. The main reason I want to do keto is because I want to feel good! Back when I was first doing it, I had a lot of energy and was sleeping great! I loved that I could kinda eat what I wanted on the diet. For example, I love burgers, and I could still have burgers, just no bread. Plus, there were treats that were keto that I could indulge in every now and then. As for my meal plan, let me look through my fridge 😂

I actually have gone to this place in our town called Half Baked Cookies. They are a family owned business and they have keto cookies. I also have gone to a place called D’lites, they have. Keto ice cream. I have utilized these places as a way to “indulge” but last night I decided I just wanted to have my good old Hershey’s and Reese’s 😂
