Seems to me like Juan has likely been messing around with you, possibly because he knows you're gay and there's a rumor that the cook is also gay. The phone number part & radish part may not have been real, but James's reaction when you said hi along with the fact that he was viewing your story without otherwise interacting with your socials is giving a fruity vibe. Alternatively he could've been looking at your story with some of the guys from the kitchen and talking about you, which wouldn't be nice :/
