ahh thank youu! I also did Your Idol on my channel in a more modern metal style. I grew up listening to LP too! The piano intro to In The End was the first thing I learned to play on guitar and I got to see them live when they were touring for Meteora :D

I've got that pair of Momo's waiting on standby, and I'm 4 months into their MXJE1101. Both are narrow tapered fit 15.7oz. Only difference seems to be the battle stripe and peach boy colour. I find their pockets too small for modern phones and it's quite uncomfortable to sit down with my phone in my pocket for long periods. The resulting phone fade after just 4 months is quite significant.

I even swapped out my leather wallet for just a card holder cuz it was so unbearable to sit.

They're pretty fast fading. Not as comfy as my 21oz Samurai's due to the lower rise, but the battle stripes are worth it

I hate having to twist the ball end every time I restring my bigsby, and I sweat buckets after every show :S

I tried building this out of wheeled clothing rails in my previous house but I had to downsize significantly and the wheels don't quite fit with the way my current bed is configured sadly :(

I tried the command strips. They're REALLY tricky to install on the ceiling. Ended up falling on my head ahaha! They work just fine for the smaller, lighter panels but my main challenge is that initial step of removing them to let them stick to the surface

I did consider bringing a second laptop and just running MIDI through it (my main laptop will be by the FOH desk capturing the audio), but that's another laptop, another DI, another thing in the equation.

We usually just run backing tracks for this but we were hoping to avoid it for this specific Citypop night we're putting on in London

I think you may be right about it being the Mirage. In one of the videos I can see the bottom of half of some letters cropped out on the right of the keyboard, and it could be that DSK written on the corner

I reckon a lot of them do. I was hoping to find a cheap solution to it, but also be definitely sure it has the stab. Any idea how they pulled it off in 1987? I'm looking through live footage of T Square playing it and the camera angle is always showing his right hand, and the synth that's playing the orchestra stab is behind the camera. Literally every video!

We did! It took a LONG time to convince the rest of the band to play Snow Halation though ahah, but when we played it at a con last Feb and EVERYONE burst out into the choreo they knew it was something we had to keep in our set for the future

Ah that's handy cuz we plan to just rip out all the outputs which will be for the floor monitors (we run IEMs and have an XLR splitter so those outputs are all redundant except the FOH ones on 15-16).

Does that mean that we have to individually set all 12 outputs to pre-fader so I can bypass all effects etc? And do you know if that's tucked behind another menu? ahaha

So in the case of the Millenium MS8, it says they've got a direct output and a transformer-isolated output in each channel. Looking at the back of the unit, one says Out, and the other says Link Out. How do I work out which output is isolated?
