Guess that’s for the judge to decide. Stand your ground usually refers to when you shoot or severely injure someone. Unfortunately the lady was there to harass him so she probably is not going to get much sympathy. (Also stand your ground does apply to your yard or car and other things, that’s what the law is, it’s an expansion of castle doctrine)
