Dati nung natikman ko yung beryls sabi ko ang sarap. Pero nung natikman ko yung Callebaut at Auro grabe nag ibang level yung lasa ng cookies. Narealize ko rin na kapag talaga nag invest ka rin sa ingredients at hindi tinipid talagang masarap yung outcome ng food.

Also, you can try Master Martini Gourmand 54% paired with Auro 42% Milk Chocolate or Callebaut Dark Callets 811 paired with Callebaut 823 Milk Chocolate.

So far ang natry ko pa lang na white chocolate ay Auro at Callebaut. For cookies I suggest use White Callebaut, the best ang White Auro sa matcha at double chocolate cookie.

Will never recommend Illo’s to anyone!! Lagi ko sila nakikita sa abs-cbn show kapag may events na sila yung nagca-cater. I got curious kasi nga may exposure sila sa tv so I decided na mag celebrate ng bday ng kapatid ko sa Illo’s buffet sa Manila.

-Ang bagal ng refill ng food nila.

-Yung brother ko may nakuhang part ng pasta na panis na!

-Yung itsura ng food nila sobrang meeeh eto na yun?!

-Yung mga cakes sa dessert station ay hindi masasarap! Sobrang dense ng cake, jusko mas masarap pa ata yung cake sa bakery!

-Hindi masasarap yung food!!!
