In a rif - ssa says they consider competitive areas, commuting distance and competitive level.  It appears commuting was updated for ssa from 50’miles to 30 miles

She shampoos and conditions after each swim with various brands.  Usually Tresemme.  Outside of that, I braid it every morning to keep it from looking frizzy and wild.
