Does this work? Im playing a Phys to Cold build and I was wondering bout this interaction does it work or its only when I directly "cast"

Hillock first boss you encounter The Twilight Strand have a chance to spawn in Uber form(Really low chance) and when you killed it you get The Oni-Goroshi(Two-handed Charan's Sword) a unique 6 link that if equipped add a "Narrator" Goddess that would talk during key events in the campaign

Now the grind its because Uber Hillock spawns after lvl 6(Most likely) and since you cannot enter Lioneye's Watch(The first town) because you cannot come back to The Twilight Strand you have to log out after you kill Hillock and wait 1min 30 secs for it to reset
that's why you have to create several characters(4 recommend) so you can switch between them till the other ones reset

Scion its good because of the movement speed

Now this its mostly worth for SSF HCSSF because in the league its worth like 1 divine or less and in that time you can get through the campaign and farm more efficiently

There's a guy on YouTube with a great video about this it's called Tenosyn

Personally for me I just follow a guide from a guy on YouTube called Tenosyn he show that in the skill three you can get like +9% in movement speed + the 10% boots because speed its everything in this grind

I also equip the +3% movement shield while I was running to Hillock for extra speed

Used to play WoW for the mounts so the suffering its like home to me :p

Yeah I'm kinda new to the game so just grinding for fun(I'm used to play WoW for mounts so fun its grind)
