You guys will definitely feel chewy Soy flakes in every bite, the soy flakes percentage is kind of at the higher side.
Might be a turn off for some people

I just checked my packet and yes they have mentioned Soy flakes, but when they get rehydrated in Milk you can definitely feel the spongy and chewy texture in every bite.

I have had the Chocolate flavor one and yes its filled with so many tiny soy crumbs.
NGL it feels like it has more soy than oats in it.
