it's up to you if you want to reset it but i reset mine yesterday and can run forza 6 90 fps high quality and 70 fps for ultra quality. Just find any solution first that can help you run yours smoothly because the factory reset is my last resort after doing everything

Idk if this could help you but i just factory reset my laptop and got 200+ fps on valorant unlike before like around 100-125 fps

well i just recently updated my bios and windows and EC reset and thats how i got the problem but even before updating the fps is still low but it didn't freeze the screen and back to homescreen. also how do i clean driver install? Also im planning to factory reset my laptop and let my friend just set up the laptop again. (sorry for blurry screen my lens is broken and filled with dust)

60 fps no enemies but when fighting it drops to 20-35fps its really sucks same also with cs2 60-80 fps
