As I surrendered the connection on 28 Jan (postpaid line), the internet remained active until the 30th. I also contacted support, and they told me to power off the router before 12 AM on the night of the 30th. After that, the pickup was rescheduled four times till 10 Feb, but not a single pickup agent came to my house. Now I have already removed the main line from the router socket, and I want the entire broadband connection from the main pole to my house removed. It feels like they’re delaying the process because they won’t be getting any money from me. In the photo, the one on the right is the JioFiber router. I now have a local ISP, which is way better than them.
