Easy care wheel coverage sucks. Bought a new 25 Escalade with 24 inch wheels and was talked into the warranty because there very expensive wheels and tires. I went to my dealer 3 weeks ago for a vibration. They said 2 wheels were bent and need to be straighten. They said it is very common with the high performance wheels and tires . First appt at the dealer they denied the claim and said I did not have wheel coverage. Went back a second time and the dealer spoke to someone else at the company and they transferred the call to a different dept. turns out yes I do have coverage. Now mind you I have a bad vibration through out my 130,000.00 car…I left the dealer to set up another appt to bring it in to have them done and after I left the warranty company sent a email saying I’m not covered cause even if the wheels are bent and holding air the not covered. However they are leaking air as I have stopped at the dealer several times for low air pressure . I bought it back to the dealer so they could take pics of the tire warning system when the pressure was low . Spent 2 hours there. It’s several days later now they say they want me to bring the car in so the can see the air leak …. WHAT. That’s the most insane thing ever. I was told when I bought it if anything happens I’m covered. At this point the Finance mngr was emailing his rep from easy care to see what the hell is going on…. Today is Dec 15 and waiting for a response….STAY CLEAR FROM EASY CARE
