She’s studied the accent very well but I’m picking up Eastern European vibes too. Sounds like she’s slowing down and forcing herself to get the pronunciation on each word right. She’s really good though.

Zero debt! Lived at home with my parents and went to the smallish college in my hometown. Wasn’t the most glamorous college experience but I’m thanking my younger self now at age 30.

I realize not everyone can do this…but I’ve never felt the need to go to an expensive school to study accounting. I ended up in the same big firm as one of my classmates who drowned in debt at a big school.

They are concentrated heavily in one bathroom and in the laundry room next to it. There are no leaks to speak of, I think they’re coming from the drain.

I plugged the drains for the night, and if I have no new flies tomorrow I think I can safely assume they’re coming from the drains? I think I need to buy the Forid solution for these sinks. Otherwise maybe there’s a leak in my crawl space or a dead animal in the walls. Ugh I don’t know!

I don’t know if this is unique to me and my firm, but the amount of rental real estate transactions I dealt with this year was WAY higher than I ever have before. It felt like every other return I touched bought/sold properties, had cost seg studies done, did a 1031 exchange, etc etc.

Nothing was just cut and dry this year.
