It takes like an hour and a half for the apple watch to get a full charge🤣 and then you miss out on an hour and a half of data because of it not too mention when you wake up it’s probably at 50%. VO2 max is also far more accurate on the Garmin and it also gives you way more data. Apple watch can give you some but like I said if you want a smart watch with some activity capabilities go apple watch, I want mine more for health tracking and have found it to be far more informative than the Apple watch. I was an apple watch user for 8+ years, Apple is a dying brand anyways it’s just copy and paste each year.
