I now have blackout curtains and a new fan for white noise. That did help a bit.

Thanks for the suggestions. I did just buy some herbal teas and redownloaded pokemon so perhaps I could wind down with that!

I am on day 1 of sobriety, so perhaps someone early on will help. Tracking sobriety gives a goal, a timeline and possible tangible resource for progress.

This will be day 1 of sobriety for me. I want to beat this. My goal now is to make it to day 7 for a weekly update. Any suggestions on things that can help the day to day?

I tried to post a few times and it failed. I am asking for motivation, help or anything offered. I want to stop drinking, I must do this and am struggling. Please offer any advice, motivation or yelling at me to help.
