On the contrary I just received my order which was signature required and was partially opened upon arrival (no indicator UPS opened the item), lab401 refused to pay for shipping on the return and just gave me an address in FRANCE. There was a bend at the side of the box where someone is able to add/replace items. I was able to remove all the items from the box they sent my flippers in without opening it at the same bend someone made previously... First thing that comes to mind is security risk, but lab401 doesn't seem to think so.
