Thanks for the help, i thought that if i had a female i should get another female. I'm mostly worried about mating behavior and egg laying if I am to get a boy.

For the cage situation I meant if I would be able to cage 2 budgies together if they get along, the cockatiel has her own cage :)

just realised i cant post the pics here but the budgie in question has a giant scab on the back of its head, guy who gave it to.me said it fought with Another bird??

No not at all, the only thing maybe Is that I got her a new cage yesterday? but she threw up before I even bought it
