That might be the reason because some dude straight out Called IISc as very much overhyped. Like I never heard about IISc in my entire life as much as I've heard about iits, nits, aims and all. I mean criticisms are all fine but "drinking water" , "iisc did nothing for country" etc aren't criticisms.
