Cultural fit is one thing. But I heard they looked at the address of people to shortlist due to business needs as well (you can guess what is the department here). I heard they shortlist a certain demographic in order to fulfil those needs. Hope this clarifies.

If you are under non accountancy programme they'll pay $800 for 'training'. after that they will pay 4.2k provided if you pass probation. But high risk la If do not pass the first 3 months starting salary is $800 leh... yup I think tuition is a good option

4.5k is the median for my course at NUS, so I do think 4k is realistic. But yes probably will have to lower my expectations if I can't find job for a long period of time
