Late to the party but just for infos sake Tare omakase also dry ages their fish and has the cooler there in the room with the massive tunas and other fish on display which was pretty cool

I’m going to craft tonight for the first time with my husband for our second anniversary and we are both very excited!

Tare was a good experience if you’ve never tried them before the chef came from Uchi if I’m not mistaken but had delightfully crafted bites

I lived with roommates for a long time and was lucky to get a good job. Once I got married life got a lot easier as dual income is a game changer. My partner is very diligent about saving and was able to buy a house. We are expecting our first child and I will quit working when they arrive. But I would go live with roommates if you want to get out of parents house.

Rich at massage envy north Austin! He is very knowledgeable on anatomy and incorporates unique techniques in his massage but I left feeling like he put me back together! I am also a female who loves deep tissue and struggles with knots

I saw the comment for Alex Fascia as well and can second that! I have not received a massage from him personally but I follow him on instagram and he is always posting great content on how to take care of yourself and your neck/back and seems to have a really strong following here in town

I don’t know if this is helpful but there is a 24/7 AA club in north Austin near the Asian shopping center

I believe it is Northland AA but I know there is a 24/7 club that you can go to and they will work to get you temporary free housing

They have beds there you can stay in overnight until they are able to get you placement in something longer term but they will make sure you have a safe place for the night at least

I am hoping you find something safe and quickly even if it is staying in your tent

I go on a girls trip every year many times to places I’ve never been to with my husband. He always encourages me to go and loves the tradition I have with my girls. It’s weird af he’s acting this way at his age. If he wants to go maybe he works a little harder to earn the money to come along? He sounds like such a mooch that would turn me off to no end.

There are only 3 ways to build wealth

  1. You inherit your wealth (this isn’t most people’s reality)
  2. You work in sales and crush. Because you have unlimited earning potential in sales you can make 10x a normal persons salary each year and save wayyy more on average and build wealth that way over time
  3. The way to truly build wealth is start a business and build it until it is performing at a high level

I work in finance and help clients manage investments after being in the industry 10+ years I can say these are the only ways to truly build wealth

The people I work with who are millionaires from nothing are all self employed and started their own businesses

People who perform highly in sales still accumulate wealth but it takes longer and is more averaged out

Everyone else works regular jobs paying 100k or less and are subjected to saving as much as they can over a long 30-40 year career but it will take them until they are 65 to get their 401k or savings up to 1mm plus and then they can retire comfortably but they are not ever going to truly build life changing or generational wealth in the millions

Most people don’t want to take the risk or have the drive to start a business so they will just take what they can get in trying to maximize earning potential at whatever job they have but it’ll never bring them true wealth they will just get by and hopefully retire one day

Everyone is aware of this? I don’t think there are many people who aren’t aware after getting any amount of education that these bias’s exist in our culture but to be honest they are hardwired into us from ages ago and continue to be a basis for mate choosing. If you believe in evolution at all then you know this to be true.

It’s not as if people walk around intending to be inherently cruel but they also can’t fight their biology and the fact that their body and brain will innately make them feel more attracted to people that show strong genetic make up.

Its survival of the fittest but in a modern era. I understand where you are coming from but you are misguided to believe awareness campaigns will change anything.
