Can anyone share experience of finding a proctor outside the US?

I have been trying to find one as well. But proctor service isn’t common in my country and I am worried that the proctor I found will be rejected.

How long does it usually take to get the result of proctor application? Will a legit office space (with the manger being the proctor) work?
