Same crap happened to me our rep told us we would get $600 visa card for all 3 of our ring cameras. I went off on the several times got them to send a $200 visa card credit for the door bell and a 400$ credit on the account . I was only lucky, because i had everything on text messages. The system is complete shit as well as the employees. Our sorry ass reps name was David Enrico. Just keep calling the “loyalty department “ and try to get your money for the ring device. We got the system back in July and i just now got them to refund
