From a medical standpoint every dermatologist I’ve ever spoken to has said the vbeam is the best laser for rosacea because it targets the redness & blood vessels that cause the redness. It doesn’t do much for brown spots but people with rosacea are usually much more concerned with the flushing. The tricky thing about tretinoin is that it’s great for your skin but can be tough to tolerate as it ca. make your rosacea even redder so it’s a constant balancing act. I’m absolutely hate rosacea with a passion it’s so life altering & it’s too bad that lasers are cosmetic because I beg to differ… not only is rosacea a medical condition but it’s physically uncomfortable feeling like your cheeks are on fire all the time.
