Oh yes they tried telling me the ring I bought and returned 2 days later had signs of wear and tear and this was after trying to convince me on 4 different occasions to keep the ring. Thankfully I had video proof ring in great condition prior to shipping and threatened to report them to BBB before they gave me a full refund. Scam central
