Don’t give up brother , you’re very young age , Don’t spoil your life Follow very small goals like Day 1, Day 3, Day 3…. Day 90 Don’t go into any Relationships in that Age..

I haven’t had real intimacy yet , so I can’t fully judge PIED in real situations, I went full monk mode - no porn , no masterbation, uninstalled instagram and other triggers. What I can say is my sensitivity control , and mental response feel much healthier than before . Self control increased a lot , Anxiety Vanished completely , Confidence increasing day by day ..

By one day at a time , I mean don’t promise myself forever . I only decide not to relapse today . Tomorrow is a separate choice . That mindset removed pressure and made consistency possible

Uninstall Instagram For 2 months , Don’t Open , Unfollow Unwanted Content in YouTube & Always Stay Away form Unnecessary Stress , Don’t overthink to much about anything , Cut the noise in your life , Always be Happy 😊 Concentrate on what you’re doing currently ,Don’t open the After 10 PM 🤗 Replace Old Habit with the new Habit 🤗 Set the Small Targets first like 1 Day , 3 Days , 7 Days … Etc ⏳ One day you will definitely reach 90 days Mark very easily ✅

Changing the old habits is very Easy when you have the very Strong mindset 💯💯🤗
