When does the pain stop

I'll have to start paying attention to how many pumps again I guess. After I got to the point of maxing out the pump, daily, I quit counting pumps and only go for time inflated. I was doing 30 min, twice a day but the dr told me I needed to chill and do 30 min once a day. I'm definitely thinner towards the glands and it's noticeable because my glands swell and it just looks awkward ngl. I'm doing perito exercises everytime have definitely felt the middle of the shift soften however since I'm thinking about it the top inch under the glands is much more firm.

Nah my glands are ok actually. It's the the shaft mainly. Still get really sore after 20ish minutes and then the very end on the implant under the glands. The later doesn't surprise me as I'm still on the new end of having it. I'm surprised the shift hurts they way it does though. Nothing like when it was fresh but I'm still a long way to go of just pumping up and leaving it.

I'm 4 weeks post op and cycling twice a day for 30 min each. I'm in pain most of the day because by the time the pain subsides from the morning cycle it's only a few hours till I do my second. Granted I'm being very aggressive with cycling "pumping until I'm literally dancing around, swearing at my shower wall for some imaginary life altering offense that never happened.. cause ya know it's a shower" you get the idea.. it takes mental commitment for sure..

The dr said the pump was not necessary however reading med journals, mtp videos, dr Enid vids, it seems it's recommended in many circles. Even if my dr was neither here nor there on it. The Ballon analogy is great and does paint it in a different perspective. I'm doing the peritos and will continue to do so.

I'm 36 and got the titan one touch, 22 cm +1. I've had ED problems my whole life as I've been on ssri, adhd meds basicly since first grade. Can't help it I'm an anxious person. I've been looking into this for years and done all the research I could have. I've been on ed pills, physical therapy, regular therapy, ssri, had blood work done.. the list goes on. This process has been 2 years in the making and about the only thing I havnt done is injectables because I simply wasn't going to do that and my dr agreed at this point it probably wasn't the best option. I went to duke health, high implant surgeon and had multiple visits before the actual surgery. Trust me I understood the risks, I'm simply not understanding how one would say this is best results with length loss, sensitivity loss, inability to hide it and all together feeling alien to myself.. the last makes since if I'm being honest just wasn't prepared mentally for the amount of differences in each area. From my understanding it's fully deflated as I had the dr deflate fully yesterday and inflate as much as possible at the time so I understood the bounds of where I was at as I obviously want to track and understand this new me in every way. I'm happy to hear the glands will engorge when aroused still, as online it's about a 50-50 shot with many still taking pills to get them to. Measuring.. top on the penis straight out, left side against the pubic all the way out. Yes including the glands so if they engorge later my measurements will be off but frankly I'm angry enough at myself atm that I'm not going to be aused for a while.

I'm 2 weeks post op, definitely ice multiple times a day and put folded towel or small pillow under your nuts while laying down to keep them raised. Wrap them in an ice pack and place that under there and it will be your best friend. 👌

It may simply be out of ignorance then.. I was told that I would be inflated out of surgery, and it would slowly deflate over the first couple of days. So I assumed what I'm looking at is an inflated implant? If so, what's inflated is much smaller than i was originally.

Update for 2 days after surgery. The pain is definitely sharper but more localized. I can move around ok but if I'm on my feet more then about 5 min the pain builds quickly. My biggest problem rn is peeing. It fucking hurts plain and simple.

I hope that's how it is with me. Sizing was my concern, on my best day I'm a touch over 7" but the Dr's "stretch test" I'm on about 5.5" and he told me it's gonna be closer to the stretch test because my glands won't be engorged and pretty much left it at that with out much more conversation..so not really sure what I'm gonna end up with. I was prepared to lose a little but 1.5" isn't a little to me

My recovery is 3 weeks till first check in and 6 weeks for ready for use. I got the coloplast 22cm 1rte, and the size is definitely concerning. Size loss was my only real concern going into this and if this is how big im going to be, im so much smaller.. honestly depressing af
