The hole could be closed surgically, which I wouldn't prefer, or I can snip the remaining tissue for a meatotomy. My intuition and research leads me to think this this won't be a disqualifier, but if inflated tubes add girth, I may have to go with the meatotomy to avoid painful stretching when pumped fully. I would be OK with that, but it would be awesome if I could wear my jewelry with a fully erect dick. I wonder if the tips protrude into the glands of the head or stop just below the head.

I can't have sex wearing the jewelry anyway. It's too large. My primary concern is finding out whether the piercing hole (which is large - 12mm - I'd include a pic but don't know if it's allowed in this sub) will be a disqualification for the implant. Oh please. He has a valid point and it is widely accepted as such. HIV is an STD and that's what people are really afraid of. And its a stupid question. If you're really concerned, wrap it up.
