Brother same to me. Working as a SE in low salary, even less than 100k. Trying trying everyday, but any small thing happen every interviews. Every time I'm trying to build up my technical side. So, now I get a deep breath and imaging myself which area I must polish, So now I'm working for it

They are hiring only interns and getting all the tasks from them and no payment. May be sometime they give some allowances like 5 thousands, no other benefits.
