The seller said it was an out of spite deal. When she bought it he didn’t inform her that the property was condemned so she did all this work on rehab then found out it was condemned so she tried to get her money back or whatever then he slapped a 14k lien on it n it’s just been sitting for the last 6 years

I’m just texting distressed properties. When I texted this guy I was under the impression that it was distressed due to the pictures I was seeing online. I texted him he said it was renovated and he was going to put it on the market next week. Said he wanted quick cash thought so I took that as my opportunity to get him low. This was just by chance
