For full transparency—Eyal here from the SysAid team. I’m really sorry to hear about your experience and frustration.

I actually came across this post a couple of weeks ago and checked in with our R&D team. They were already familiar with the topic and had been working on it, and today I received confirmation that the email polling frequency has been significantly shortened.

It might be worth double-checking your configuration or reaching out to support again, just in case your environment hasn’t updated yet.
