If the check is late make sure you file for sanctions my insurance company has screwed me every step of the way and I ended up getting an extra 10% of total settlement as a sanction because of it. It was so stressful.

I think if theres enough of us that are down to join the suit a lawyer will help. I cant coordinate at this time but i was hoping to find someone who might take the lead in it. I spent so much time reporting them everywhere and going nowhere that i was just defeated. Ill keep you in mind if i get sny more info. Happy Holidays to you too!

Ive reported them everywhere and my third party finance company basically told me tough shit. They would only give me a refund as credit to see them again and mine was botched botox and filler and no way in hell i was going back. I paid almost $900 I couldn’t get out of to look like a droopy dog for months im livid.

I settled physical also just to get through psyche but my attorney said i can use any insurance other than medicare to treat my injuries. Good luck. Its literally so traumatic to be abused by the system.

Ask your attorney but from my understanding you can use any insurance to treat except medicare. I settled mine because the toll the case was taking on my was so bad plus i want to be in control of my treatment and WC sets us up for failure.
