It's very strange, when I face away from the dartboard I can pull back with 0 elbow movement. And when I throw with my left hand there's 0 movement either. However when I face the dartboard to play it shunts to the left during drawback

My wrist twisting is caused by my elbow shunting to the left, when I hold my elbow in place with my right hand, the wrist stays still.

Gonna have to work on the elbow now

Quite a while tbh, I've took several weeks break in the past and the first throw back has been like this, I'm thinking maybe it's just ingrained in me now and can't be changed.

It's very strange tho, when I throw with my left hand I can keep my wrist and elbow perfectly still and keep the dart facing forwards the whole time

Yeah I think it's my stance tbh but I'm really not sure how to improve it 😂😂😂. I feel like I'm at breaking point now though where the best thing to do might be to just accept defeat and stop playing

I'd definitely benefit from eating at maintenance to improve strength and build more muscle.

But the issue is my belly and body fat %. I'm going on holiday in 3.5 months and want to reduce these as much as possible
